NG Nwankwo is a lead­er­ship con­sult­ant, speaker, trainer and op­er­a­tional leader with over 25 years of ex­per­i­ence lead­ing people, man­aging com­plex op­er­a­tions and de­vel­op­ing high-per­form­ing teams in the oil and gas in­dustry and the lead­er­ship de­vel­op­ment space.

He cur­rently serves as a SIMOPS Su­per­in­tend­ent and In­ter­face Spe­cial­ist in Qatar, bring­ing ex­pert­ise in op­er­a­tional co­ordin­a­tion, stake­holder en­gage­ment and lead­ing di­verse teams in high-pres­sure environments.

As an am­bas­sador and weekly Face­book Live co-host with Em­powered Liv­ing Com­munit­ies, an in­ter­na­tional net­work of over 28,000 en­tre­pren­eur­ial lead­ers, NG con­trib­utes to con­ver­sa­tions on per­sonal growth, lead­er­ship and pur­pose­ful living.

As co-founder of Learn2Lead Consult, NG helps in­di­vidu­als, or­gan­isa­tions and com­munit­ies de­velop prac­tical lead­er­ship skills, com­mu­nic­ate ef­fect­ively and build stronger teams.
